The converter API is the central part of the HCM-FormatConverter Desktop and HCM-FormatConverter Online and is released under the General Public License (GPL) V3. As long as the terms and conditions of usage are met, this API is free of charge. It's allowed to modify, distribute and use this API in your own applications, as long as the terms and conditions of the GPL are maintained.
This API contains the source code for the graphical interface of the HCM-FormatConverter Desktop. The API is compatible with Java version 1.5.
This converter API allows the conversion of the conventional HCM format into XML and back.
