HCM DLL support
The representatives of the administrations of Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Hungary, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland have concluded the HCM agreement, under Article 6 of the Radio Regulations, on the co-ordination of frequencies between 29.7 MHz and 39.5 GHz for the purposes of preventing mutual harmful interference to the Fixed and Land Mobile Services.
An essential part of this agreement is a harmonized calculation method (the so called HCM algorithm). This algorithm is constantly developed and updated by the "Technical Working Group HCM / Software Working Group Mobile Services" (TWG-HCM SWG MS) and provided as FORTRAN software code.
Based on the actual version (HCM V7.x) Mentopolis offers a "HCM DLL support" which provides a permanently up-to-date runtime dynamic link library (DLL) consisting of:
- a highly optimized 32-bit DLL for productive environments
- an extended 32-bit DLL with debug and logging features
- detailed release notes and documentation
We currently support Windows-based (XP/ Vista/ Win 7) platforms as well as several UNIX operating systems (as shared library).
