Frequency coordination for mobile services
Mentopolis presents its product PreHCM application system, which features a modular solution for automation of frequency coordination process (Analog, TETRA, GSM-R, GSM900, GSM1800, and UMTS) for mobile network operators.
The German language version of the product especially addresses regulatory and legal requirements in Germany. The PreHCM system supports the frequency-assignment and -management process during the operative radio network planning and automates the exchange of all relevant data with the Federal Agency for Frequency Coordination (BNetzA).
The international version BCS (Border Coordination System) focuses on the frequency-coordination anlong national borders according to the Vienna Agreement.
