HCM-Check of your mobile network based on international frequency allocation agreements
Frequency allocation across international borders basically occurs according to the international "HCM Agreement". For testing the compatibility, the standardised calculation method HCM is used. HCM stands for Harmonized Calculation Method.
Mentopolis has delevoped a systems solution which is capable of fully integrating the HCM compatibility test as a service into the operational network planning of a mobile network operator. In the last 10 years the software PreHCM (www.prehcm.com) became the leading product line for frequency allocation in Germany. You stand to benefit from our expertise by using the sophisticated algorithms to reliably identify cross-border allocation requirements according to HCM.
With the current promotion we would like to offer you an HCM-Check of your network. You define a section of your network on which we will perform an HCM compatibility test with our software PreHCM. You will receive an evaluation of the radio cells listed according to the HCM-result and the marked whether a radio cell requires international allocation or not.
Beside an HCM standard test you will receive an evaluation with PreHCM-optimization activated ? with higher calculation effort but in compliance with the HCM comformity, the system now calculates the best possible allocation situation.
Of course we will ensure confidentiality, for example, all calculations can be done at your site. Performing the HCM-Checks will only require minimal effort on your part. As the topological basis we are using hereby the license-free surface model SRTM3.
Workflow HCM-Check:
In addition to the PreHCM product line we use the software HCMPattern to determine HCM relevant input data. You can download this software from the portal www.hcmportal.com. In the course of the HCM tests we will provide you with fully functional demo version and will show you how to use the application.
